As the Principal of Diamond Enterprises consulting firm, she excels in delivering strategic business growth, content creation, transformation, innovation, branding, positioning (and re-positioning), marketing, and global distribution solutions for blue-chip brands as well as startups.
Currently serving as a Venture Partner at 125 Ventures, Diamond is focusing on investments in technologies and companies shaping the future of sports, media, and entertainment. In addition, Heidi co-founded Angel Hive, an angel syndicate dedicated to supporting female founders who are making impactful changes in women’s lives. She is a board advisor at AdSkate, where she helps drive the platform’s innovative approach to creative analysis and marketing optimization. Diamond also serves as a Board Advisor at Outgage, a B2B gifting platform/marketing solution and WiOffer, an AI adtech endeavor.

DIamond has also lead the charge in the healthcare sector including healthcare media and content production and publishing, point of care and telehealth.
